End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Agronayan and you, the user. By downloading and using Agronayan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant

Agronayan grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the app for any illegal activities or purposes that violate local laws and regulations.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Agronayan app, including its algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and other content, remain the property of Agronayan. You are granted a limited right to use the app, but this does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app.
  • Use the app for any commercial purposes or resell, distribute, or lease the app to others.
  • Share your license or allow others to access your account.
  • Circumvent any security measures used to protect the app or its features.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

Agronayan may collect and use anonymized data from your usage of the app to improve its services and for public policy research in collaboration with the Agriculture Ministry. No personal information will be shared without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Agronayan app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Agronayan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the diagnoses or recommendations provided through the app. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agronayan and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

Agronayan reserves the right to terminate your access to the app if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the app and delete all copies of the app from your devices.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].

9. Changes to the Agreement

Agronayan reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
